We also found a used train table (about the size of a toddler bed) for $25. He was really excited and yelled "my table!my table!" when Barry carried the legs in. We still don't know how he knew it was a table, but he was even more excited to see that his two choo-choo tracks fit on it.
Posing with the table before we
assembled all the train tracks.
Both train tracks just barely fit with a little room
for the Cars gang to sit on the table too.
This table really makes his room cramped, but we think we can endure it for a few months until we move into a new house this Spring.
He was so excited to play with the trains, he wouldn't look at me for another picture. The sign of a good present!
Owen is going on 26 months and is still in a crib! It's the kind that converts into a toddler bed, but we're not ready to face that challenge of making him STAY in his bed. Soon, though. :)
ReplyDeleteGavin was great for the first week or so, he didn't even know he could get out of bed himself. Now, he's crawling into our bed every morning around 6 AM!
